About the Role
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing and scaling Epidemic Sound’s B2B presence in North America through high-impact field activations and events. Your primary focus throughout 2026 and early 2027 will be 100% operational execution: running regional events, executive meet-ups, and office activations to build local awareness and drive pipeline with key US accounts. As our event engine reaches steady-state, and based on performance and capacity, your scope will likely expand into broader B2B field marketing responsibilities, including integrated campaigns, localized content, sales enablement, and pipeline analytics. By executing seamless event experiences today and being a part of building integrated field campaigns moving forward, you directly secure pipeline growth and expand our brand’s regional footprint. You will join a dynamic commercial team based in New York, working alongside sales and global marketing peers who value proactive initiative and creative problem-solving. In this position, you will collaborate closely with regional sales leads, global B2B marketing & events leadership, and eventually our VP of B2B Marketing, to translate strategy into high-converting US activations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all local and regional Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, while providing strategic support and on-site assistance for key global trade shows and activations.
- Lead the hands-on planning and end-to-end operational execution of regional B2B events (Tier-3 activations, VIP dinners, office meetups) tailored to key US accounts and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Work directly with regional sales leaders on guest curation, account target outreach, and event alignment to generate and move prospects through the funnel.
- Monitor, measure and report on event performance to optimize future events, including ensuring event data is up to date in our CRM system.
- Utilize AI tools and marketing software to streamline operational workflows, event execution, and reporting efficiency.
- Develop pre/post-event marketing campaigns.
- Create tailored sales enablement collateral (case studies, presentations, summaries).
- Localize global messaging for the US market.
- Monitor lead flows, track CRM data, and analyze campaign performance to connect marketing activities directly to sales pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a background in field marketing, events, or regional campaigns.
- Proven track record of executing B2B events end-to-end, with the readiness to focus 100% on operational event execution through 2026 and early 2027.
- Understanding of marketing campaigns, lead sequencing, and how field activities translate into sales funnels (MQLs, SQLs, and closed pipeline).
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate event data, draw commercial insights, and optimize future activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across US regional sales and global marketing teams.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Experience working within a global/matrixed company structure, adapting central marketing strategies for local US market nuances.
