• 3+ years of experience (open to less than that but would require somebody exceptional)
• Very comfortable with Python and/or SQL with proven demonstrations of process improvements and automation (fine for that to have been driven from AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude)
• Rates background essential (Interest Rate Swaps, Swaptions etc)
• TA / Trade Support / Experience supporting PMs or Traders essential
