About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager on the Fever Originals team, you will leverage data, market insights, and commercial instincts to create unique events and experiences. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of key strategic experiences, working with your team lead to develop and launch events from inception to completion. Your role will involve defining strategies for scaling events across markets and collaborating with various departments to bring experiences to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage events from A to Z with your team lead.
- Define strategies to scale events across all markets in collaboration with other departments.
- Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences.
- Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies, proposing operational process changes.
- Drive high standards in customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality experiences are delivered.
- Pitch and close events for major entertainment partners.
- Collaborate with the Fever marketing team to maximize event impact in ticket sales and coverage.
- Manage, report on, and grow revenue from events.
- Grow the experiences team to meet and exceed team targets.
- Help scale other cities by developing and sharing best practices, with potential for travel.
- Foster and grow the Fever Partner Network, including venues and event organizers.
- Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering teams.
- Represent Fever at local events and with local PR.
- Identify, develop, and negotiate partnerships with venues and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a project management role, consulting background, or entertainment project management.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans for resolution.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
- Great networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen.
- Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
- Ability to think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or proprietary data.
- Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
- Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks.
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
- Strong academic background is a plus.
- Willing to stay humble and learn.
- Ability to work nimbly.
