About the Role
Provide hands-on technical support to customers integrating with and operating on the GLS/NXT Out-of-Home platform. Act as a key technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting onboarding, validating integrations, and resolving operational issues. Support Expansion Managers with technical knowledge and guidance. Test and troubleshoot APIs and event-based workflows, trace activity across backend services, and use system data to identify root causes. Translate findings into practical next steps and clear answers for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and testing end-to-end by preparing test environments, access details, scenarios, and demonstrations.
- Provide technical guidance to Expansion Managers, explain platform behavior and limitations, and escalate external issues with clear supporting evidence.
- Investigate and resolve technical customer issues by reproducing problems, analyzing system information, identifying root causes, coordinating fixes, and communicating outcomes.
- Test and improve customer scenarios by reproducing real-world and unusual situations, verifying solutions, and adding new test cases.
- Improve platform reliability and support processes by monitoring external service changes, identifying recurring issues, and documenting findings.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, technical implementation, integrations, technical support, or a similar B2B role.
- Strong communication skills and business-level English.
- Ability to explain technical findings and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical experience testing and troubleshooting APIs, backend services, and event-based workflows.
- Experience using Datadog or similar observability tools.
- Curious and structured problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to reproduce issues, analyze evidence, and manage multiple priorities.
- Permission to work in Germany.
- Willingness to travel within the EU up to 10% of the time.
