About the Role
These are temporary part-time positions based in the H&M Islington store, requiring 2-5 days flexibility, including weekends. As a Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Supporting commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Staying informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors to inspire and guide customers.
- Providing and receiving feedback to support personal and colleague development.
Requirements

- Self-motivated and able to motivate others to ensure strong teamwork.
- Clear communicators, creative and curious.
- Motivated to contribute to H&M's vision.
