The successful candidate will lead existing touring projects and identify new touring opportunities for M+C Saatchi’s talent roster and wider network. This is a mid-to-senior level role requiring confidence in managing the full tour lifecycle, from creative development and budgeting to ticketing strategy, marketing, production, logistics, contract management, and live delivery. The role is key to scaling the LiveX touring offering, developing new IP-owned concepts, strengthening promoter and venue relationships, and supporting the division's commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, management, and delivery of talent-led live theatre, arena, and touring projects across the UK and internationally.
  • Manage existing tour projects from development through to completion, ensuring commercial viability, creative strength, and operational delivery.
  • Identify, develop, and pitch new touring opportunities for M+C Saatchi Talent’s roster and wider talent network.
  • Create and develop IP-owned touring concepts, collaborating with talent, internal teams, promoters, venues, and external creative partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venues, producers, ticketing partners, marketing teams, PRs, production suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Shape commercially viable live concepts with talent and talent managers that are authentic, creatively engaging, and suitable for touring audiences.
  • Lead tour budgeting, forecasting, and financial management, including income, costs, promoter deals, and profitability.
  • Prepare and manage tour budgets, settlement processes, P&L tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Agree and manage ticket pricing, sales strategies, capacities, holds, comps, and reporting with promoters, venues, and ticketing partners.
  • Oversee marketing and audience development plans for touring projects, supporting ticket sales and campaign delivery.
  • Manage production requirements, including creative, technical, staging, travel, accommodation, crew, rehearsal, and show-day logistics.
  • Liaise with talent, agents, managers, promoters, venues, and suppliers to ensure alignment across schedules, deliverables, updates, and deadlines.
  • Attend tour dates, rehearsals, production meetings, promoter meetings, and key live shows, including evening and weekend work.
  • Lead tour advancing to ensure venues, promoters, talent, production teams, and internal stakeholders have the necessary information for successful show delivery.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage touring agreements, promoter agreements, venue arrangements, talent agreements, and supplier contracts.
  • Manage expectations of talent, promoters, venues, partners, and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
  • Create and maintain accurate project timelines, tour schedules, budgets, contact sheets, deal summaries, status documents, and reporting systems.
  • Monitor ticket sales and performance, identifying opportunities to improve sales, marketing activity, or commercial outcomes.
  • Provide calm, thoughtful, and solutions-focused crisis management for live projects, addressing last-minute changes, talent needs, venue issues, production challenges, and audience matters.
  • Support the wider LiveX team in building the touring pipeline, identifying market trends, and spotting commercial opportunities.
  • Undertake high-level research across the live entertainment and touring market to identify relevant talent, formats, promoters, venues, partners, and competitive activity.
  • Work closely with the wider M+C Saatchi Talent team to ensure touring activity complements talent strategy, brand development, and wider commercial objectives.
  • Represent M+C Saatchi Talent professionally and confidently in meetings with promoters, venues, partners, clients, talent, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion across all talent, commercial, and contractual matters.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on tour development, financial performance, risks, opportunities, and project milestones.
  • Support the longer-term growth of LiveX by helping to build repeatable touring models, clear processes, and commercially scalable opportunities.
