About the Role

Play a part in GrainCorp's story by joining the East Coast Australia Grains Commercial team. This role is responsible for the strategy development, management, and execution of the end-to-end integrated supply chain. The position is based in a progressive workspace in Barangaroo, Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements available.

Responsibilities

• Owning the deliverables and execution of specific commodities
• Responsible for key internal and external relationships
• Setting daily grower bids
• Setting daily export offers
• Reviewing and signing off on daily position report
• Executing daily hedging strategy
• Contributing to market analysis and weekly strategy development

Requirements

• Relevant experience of all aspects of domestic trade and movement of agricultural commodities, including quality, freight markets, and supply chain management
• Strong understanding of domestic commodity markets
• Provide proof of working rights
• Provide suitable professional referees
• Undertake a national police check
• Undertake a Credit check
• Undertake a bankruptcy check
