Join our new leadership team for the brand-new TK Maxx store opening in Mandurah, bringing the treasure hunt experience to life. TK Maxx offers a fast-paced, fun, and surprising retail environment with a constantly changing mix of quality, brand-name fashion and homewares at incredible value.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven retail leadership experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong visual merchandising capability with a creative approach to store presentation.
- Well-developed skills in planning, prioritisation, and time management.
- A continuous-improvement mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth.
- This role will involve travel to one of our Western Australian TK Maxx stores for training prior to the Mandurah store opening.
