About the Role
Support product fulfilment and sales systems administration for the Sales Operations function. This role involves managing and processing digital sales through CRM systems, ensuring accurate billing, product setup, and delivery. It offers a unique opportunity to engage in impactful work with autonomy and ownership, with potential for career growth within the Domain/CoStar ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end processing of sales agreements, contract amendments and fulfilment activities.
- Manage bookings, billing, product setup, data quality and high-volume processing across multiple platforms.
- Provide user support for Salesforce and related sales systems, maintain records and resolve operational issues.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Credit Services, and Product & Technology teams to investigate enquiries, solve problems and drive excellent customer outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through testing, projects and process enhancements.
- Consistently meet SLAs, KPIs and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in data entry, administration or operational processing roles.
- Salesforce experience or experience working with CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capability.
- Experience managing customer or stakeholder enquiries.
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes and technologies.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Experience in billing, contract administration or fulfilment operations.
- Experience with Salesforce administration activities.
- Exposure to dispute resolution or customer issue management.
- Experience participating in system testing or project activities.
