About the Role

This role will help shape how Totaljobs identifies, manages, and develops high-quality business opportunities across the UK market. You will collaborate with commercial teams to enhance lead generation and utilization, directly contributing to business growth and refining the sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue impact by acquiring new business, developing existing customers, and scaling B2B activation through high-quality leads.
  • Identify, validate, score, route, prioritize, and continuously optimize leads using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with sales directors and account managers to understand requirements and maximize sales value.
  • Own and improve lead management processes for operational excellence, business alignment, efficiency, and quality.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to deliver process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Completed a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence, Lead Management or a similar analytical business environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of systems, data, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and technical requirements, bridging the gap between business and technology teams.
  • Proactive stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for cross-functional collaboration, particularly in managing and driving data-driven projects.
