  • Own the wellbeing strategy and related benefits, identifying early signs of burnout.
  • Build and run the L&D offering, from onboarding to manager training and development plans.
  • Collaborate with the People & Talent Director to ensure consistency in policies, ways of working, and employee experience.

  • Contribute to other areas of the employee lifecycle as needed.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some unpredictability.
  • Empathetic and commercial approach to decision-making.
  • Desire to leverage automation and AI to improve processes.
  • Knows when to handle issues independently and when to seek support from advisors or the People Director.
  • Strong experience partnering with Tech and/or Delivery Teams, ideally during rapid growth.
  • Experience in employee engagement, employee relations, people ops/compliance, or learning & development.
  • Confident in advising managers on team health, performance, and people processes.
  • Comfortable managing an HRIS and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including policy documents and sensitive conversations.
