About the Role
You will be the primary guardian of the technical boundary between the Nextcloud Office frontend and the LibreOffice C++ core, solving architectural hurdles when syncing a C++ engine with a Node.js environment.
Responsibilities
- Design communication protocols (Websockets, WOPI, Shared Memory) for sub-10ms latency between Node.js and the C++ core.
- Reverse-engineer legacy C++ components to map complex document states to the JS architecture.
- Curate technical context (RAG) for AI sub-agents to ensure LLMs understand the LOKit core.
- Act as the final gatekeeper for bridge-related code, ensuring mathematical soundness for real-time collaboration.
Requirements
- Expert-level C++ (Modern standards and legacy understanding).
- Experience in Game Engine Architecture.
- Experience with High-Frequency Trading environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools and AI orchestration, including managing RAG-based technical context.
