About the Role

We, GBB Gesellschaft für berufliche Bildung mbH, are seeking to strengthen our youth projects in Spandau. We support young people in Spandau who face particular challenges in starting their lives: low-threshold, outreach, and close to the social environment. Responsibilities

• Conducting skills analyses

• Support in developing a viable career perspective
• Intensive application coaching
• Creation of complete, attractive, and individual application documents

• Advisory assistance to overcome individual obstacles

• Placement in training or socially insured employment

• Independent work style and participation in project further development

Requirements

• Recognized university or vocational qualification
• Two years of professional experience, including at least one year of experience in the vocational and social integration of the target group
• One year of operational experience
• Knowledge and experience in the personnel selection systems/criteria of companies and in human resources
• Coaching qualification desired
• At least German at C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference)
