Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver strategic customer projects for NSW TrainLink.
• Plan and manage projects from start to finish, including resource coordination, budget tracking, and schedule adherence.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate to solve problems.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in a large, complex, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and differing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong operational awareness, with knowledge of NSW TrainLink systems and processes.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive projects end-to-end, and apply best practices.
• Focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
