About the Role
As a Solutions Trainer (CDI/ Coding), you will engage with customers remotely and onsite to facilitate training for our Solventum HIS software. You will introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended learning and adult learning concepts. You will deliver live classroom and web-based training, contribute to asynchronous training, and participate in project implementations with pre and post go-live participation with key project stakeholders. You may also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor, and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams.
Responsibilities
- Introduction, demonstration, and training our customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning and adult learning concepts.
- Delivery of live classroom - and web- based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training
- Participate in project implementations with pre and post go live participation with key project stakeholders.
- May serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams, such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, Instructional Design, or others as designated.
- Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix
- Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications
- Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)
- Experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist
- Healthcare Training related Experience
- La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications
- Previous auditing, training and education experience in coding highly desirable
- Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
