About the Role

As a Solution Advisor – Coding, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will make an impact by partnering effectively with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimisation for assigned Solventum product lines. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective team and solutions as assigned. You will understand the client's short- and long-term strategy goals, conduct current-state workflow and configuration review with client implementing Solventum’s best practice workflows, and partner effectively with clients on suggested workflow optimisation changes leveraging Solventum’s best practices. You will advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures in a timely manner. You will own the client, coordinating relationship and client focus interactions throughout the organisation. You will be accountable and measured by the overall annual client satisfaction survey results for your assigned client base and define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). You will actively stay up to date with knowledge of industry changes and product changes, participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, comply with corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Partner effectively with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimisation for assigned Solventum product lines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective team and solutions as assigned.
  • Understanding the client's short- and long-term strategy goals.
  • Conduct current-state workflow and configuration review with client implementing Solventum’s best practice workflows.
  • Partner effectively with clients on suggested workflow optimisation changes leveraging Solventum’s best practices.

  • Own the client. Relationship coordination and client focus coordination interactions for the client throughout the organisation.
  • Accountable and Measured by the overall annual client satisfaction survey results for assigned client base.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively Stay up to date with knowledge of industry changes and product changes.
  • Participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix.
  • Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications.
  • Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Previous auditing, training and education experience in coding highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and the workflow associated with an organisation's Revenue Cycle.
  • Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams.
  • Experience consulting with clients in health information systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in assigned solutions, services, and products.
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • Must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and be creative and innovative.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration across departments/divisions, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
