About the Role

Harris Williams seeks to hire a first-year associate to join our San Francisco office. Associates will drive work forward in partnership with analysts, experience the full lifecycle of client engagements, and develop into well-rounded, trusted advisors. This role offers the opportunity to shape the trajectory of clients in the dynamic M&A and private capital advisory services sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive work forward, in partnership with analysts.

• Lead multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on quality.

• Translate data and analysis into actionable insight and a clear point of view.

Salary/Compensations

• Base Salary: $133,000.00 – $247,000.00
• Incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
