About the Role
Cytiva is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver a superior customer service experience through efficient processing, flexible application of standard work, and accurate data entry. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality order fulfillment and customer satisfaction within the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality Customer Service process execution including order entry, technical and financial order classification, order management, invoicing, credit and returns management, and shipment/customs clearance coordination.
- Interface with internal and external customers (Marketing, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
- Address all customer inquiries and manage correspondence related to Order Management.
- Operate in compliance with the documented quality system and report any anomalies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role.
- Previous experience in Logistics with knowledge of importing and exporting goods in ANZ.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP Bioprod Order Management.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in learning about technical aspects of our products to support customer inquiries and order processing.
- Experience working with supply chain or logistics.
- Experience working in a Quality regulated organization.
