About the Role

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join an established team, providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative environment and building long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
