About the Role
As a Counter Specialist, you will contribute to the store's sales growth by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with core policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to improving counter processes by ensuring systems are implemented and followed.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
- Train and support new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes.
Requirements
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal, but not essential).
