About the Role

Our bartenders are more than just beverage enthusiasts; they are hosts who create memorable and unique experiences. They go beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service, ensuring the bar looks and functions flawlessly. Bartenders build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs, demonstrating a passion for guest service and an eye for detail in financial transactions, information provided, and drink quality.

Responsibilities

Create a safe workplace.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Protect company assets.
Maintain confidentiality.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
