About the Role
As an Audiologist, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques
- Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health
- Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices
- Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities
- Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences
Requirements
- A current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional care
- The ability to effectively manage your day and balance clinical and business development responsibilities
- Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand to be considered for this position.
- Candidates will be required to undergo a police check as a condition of employment.
