About the Role
LAB3 is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to join their Managed Services team, focusing on delivering and supporting technical solutions built on Microsoft 365 and Azure Platform.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Helping organisations transform the way employees collaborate, communicate and work securely.
- Implementing and optimising technologies including Intune, Windows 10, Cloud App Security, AIP and Microsoft Defender.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical leadership and best-practice guidance.
- Supporting solution design, pre-sales activities and customer workshops.
- Driving security, governance and compliance outcomes across modern workplace environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Modern Workplace and Cloud Technology platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Enterprise Mobility + Security.
- Experience with M365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner.
- Experience with Device Management: Remote desktop services, Virtualization (AVD), Identity Management, Intune, AutoPilot, EUC (Citrix) & Mobile Device Management.
- Experience with Security and Compliance: Licensing, Governance, Data management, Features, Identity Governance, Microsoft Information Protection & conditional access.
- Experience with Unified Communications solutions and products across Microsoft 365 including Teams Calling, audio & video conferencing.
- Experience with PowerShell, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Ideally have Baseline or NV1 security clearance or be an Australian citizen able to be cleared.
