Rydges Sydney Central is seeking a Daymaker to join their team, contributing to creating memorable experiences for guests and fostering career growth within EVT.
Responsibilities
- Manage and train teams, driving a strong team culture and guest experience.
- Promote the venue and brand, maintain product knowledge, and assist with training and supervision.
- Anticipate guest needs and be adaptable.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an F&B role within hotels, bars, or restaurants.
- Experience managing guest expectations and supporting food & beverage service.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
- Professional with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ideally previous experience working as a supervisor in restaurants or hospitality venues.
