About the Role
At BOQ Group, we're looking for a Talent Partner to support our Corporate Services portfolio, partnering with leaders across areas such as Risk, Finance, Legal & Technology. This role allows you to become a trusted advisor, helping leaders attract exceptional talent and create outstanding candidate experiences. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, provide market insights, and partner with stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs. This position offers the opportunity to influence workforce planning, recruitment marketing, continuous improvement projects, and attraction strategy, directly impacting BOQ Group's future capability.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.
