About the Role
You'll be a technical contributor building and scaling our core platforms, DataOS and GrowthOS / MAITE. This full-stack role requires you to move across both platforms wherever the highest-impact work is. You will plan features with AI before writing code, directing agents to build end-to-end solutions from backend services to the frontend. Your responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated output critically, owning what ships, and contributing to the platform's architecture with a deep understanding of system design.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and ship end-to-end features using AI agents as your primary development tool.
- Build and sharpen your judgment about AI output, identifying potential issues like hallucinated APIs or incorrect security patterns.
- Contribute to the platform's architecture with an increasingly deep understanding of system design.
- Build and maintain guardrails, including testing strategies, verification discipline, and review habits.
- Collaborate across product, design, data science, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Hunger over credentials; demonstrate what you've built.
- Speed of learning over depth of experience; show evidence of rapid project completion.
- Product sense; think about why something should be built, not just how.
