About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator to provide technical and business administration support across a range of enterprise applications and technology platforms. The role is responsible for maintaining system performance, availability, security, and compliance while delivering high-quality support to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and business administration support for systems, products, and configurations in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Monitor, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, including performance tuning and proactive problem management
  • Maintain system access, monitoring, recovery, and documentation practices to minimise operational risk and ensure service continuity
  • Develop, maintain, and execute operational procedures to support reliable and consistent service delivery
  • Analyse operational, incident, and change management data to identify trends, improve performance, and support problem resolution
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and technical support teams
  • Monitor and maintain technology platforms, cloud services, and business applications to ensure service continuity and compliance
  • Deliver proactive and reactive support services aligned to operational and strategic objectives
  • Ensure governance, security, and operational controls are effectively implemented while maintaining service responsiveness
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Systems Administration and/or relevant industry certifications
  • Strong Salesforce administration experience, including platform configuration, automation, and business process improvement
  • Experience eliciting business requirements and translating them into effective system solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise support and service management practices
