About the Role
The Home Care Area Manager is a key management position responsible for the leadership, direction, and oversight of care delivery, business performance, and growth within our Home Care community portfolio. This role involves strategic, governance, and operational elements to ensure team members provide high-quality care and services to clients while operating within budget and meeting compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Leadership, direction, and oversight of care delivery, business performance, and growth within the Home Care community portfolio.
- Ensuring team members provide high-quality care and services to clients in their own homes and the community.
- Operating within budget and meeting compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in the Aged Care sector, ideally in Home Care services.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and managing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to effectively engage and lead teams through a constantly changing landscape.
- Strong financial acumen with experience successfully delivering against operational budgets across multiple locations, including labor costs.
- Understanding of Veterans' experience and needs (preferred).
- A valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, must be verified prior to commencing employment.
