About the Role

Join the Bonds Design team as a creative Designer focusing on the Men's Underwear category. Collaborate with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams to create seasonal ranges, identify trends, and bring new product ideas to life for millions of Australians.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal product ranges aligned with the Bonds brand vision and customer needs.
• Research fashion, colour, and consumer trends to inspire new products, prints, and fabric ideas.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, R&D, Technical, and Supply Chain teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain product specifications, development packs, and PLM information.
• Develop engaging range presentations, storyboards, and seasonal selling materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of products within budget, meeting quality and fit standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve product design and development processes.

Requirements

• Experience in an Apparel Designer or Fashion Designer role, preferably in retail, fashion, or a consumer brand.
• Experience designing apparel and working across the product development process.
• Ability to balance creative ideas with customer needs and commercial outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience using PLM systems is highly regarded.
