About the Role
The Media Activation team provides recommendations for Search, Social, Display, and Video, manages supplier relationships, and executes campaigns. The team leverages channel mastery to ensure excellent and innovative recommendations, maximizing in-channel performance and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audience research using syndicated and 1st party data sources.
- Manage campaign launches across all relevant channels.
- Optimize and maintain in-flight campaigns to improve performance.
- Produce campaign reports, including daily pacing, data input, and insightful commentary.
- Ensure platform accounts adhere to channel best practices and contribute to their evolution.
- Provide assistance to new team members.
- Interact effectively with client teams, clients, and suppliers, taking ownership of client communications.
- Assist with internal data maintenance, issue identification, and solution development.
- Contribute to client testing plans, suggest new testing ideas, and own testing for the primary channel.
- Liaise with the Ad Ops team to ensure Data Integrity reports are accurate.
- Flag pacing risks to Media Activation teams.
Requirements
- Experience in media ad platforms (Search/GDN/DSP/Facebook).
- Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
- Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- High attention to detail with an understanding of optimization levers across biddable platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Great analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and proven critical thinking capability.
- Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization to meet new or changed goals.
