About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, and capital projects. You will work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end project administration support across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate project procurement activities, including raising purchase requisitions, tracking orders, and liaising with vendors and internal procurement teams.
  • Coordinate documentation, reporting, and project correspondence.
  • Maintain project records, procurement registers, and systems (SAP, SharePoint, MS Office).
  • Support project and delivery teams with scheduling, reporting, and deliverables tracking.
  • Manage onboarding, timesheets, procurement coordination, and general logistics.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on key actions, procurement milestones, deadlines, and outstanding items.
  • Assist with document control, ensuring compliance with project, procurement, and client requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, procurement teams, and site teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Project Administrator role within bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors environments or similar.
  • Exposure to procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination within a project environment.
  • Strong systems capability including SAP (or other ERP), SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting maintenance, engineering, or project delivery teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proactive approach with strong follow-up and coordination capability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
