About the Role

As the HR Executive, you will be exposed to planning and executing HR initiatives and activities in line with the business plan, assist with the internal movement of our colleagues, and support the HR team with administrative tasks essential to the employee lifecycle. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working with colleagues at all levels, looking to grow their HR knowledge and experience with hands-on learning, and desires a future in HR. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where detail and accuracy are key to success.

Responsibilities

Prepare and facilitate contracts for new colleagues and internal hotel movement
Respond to employee queries in a quality and timely manner
Action general payroll queries in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with Workcover claims as the Return to Work coordinator
Conduct stay and exit interviews with colleagues
Assist with the creation and promotion of internal activities
Be an active member of a Hotel committee to ensure support of Hyatt values
