About the Role

We are seeking a driven, fashion-loving Sales Assistant to support the team at Stylerunner Parramatta. You will assist the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and play an integral part in the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Process large volumes of stock
• Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
• Assist in maintaining in-store operations including visual merchandising and cleaning
• Maintain a positive attitude to sell to customers

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
• Passion for ath-leisure, sneakers & fashion
• Ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to meet/exceed sales targets
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
• Full availability on late night trade and weekends
