About the Role

We are seeking a driven, fashion-loving Sales Assistant to support the team at Stylerunner Macarthur. You will assist the Management team in driving sales and operational excellence, playing an integral part in the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Process large volumes of stock
• Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
• Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
• Maintain a positive attitude to sell to customers

Requirements

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
• Passion for ath-leisure, sneakers, and fashion
• Ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to meet/exceed sales targets
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
• Full availability on late night trade and weekends
