About the Role

Woven by Toyota is enabling Toyota’s transformation into a mobility company by challenging the current state of mobility through human-centric innovation. Our work centers on autonomous driving, software development platforms, mobility test courses, and the digital infrastructure powering our collaborative foundation. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead service operations and improvement using our products across digital and physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Improve products and operations of multiple services at Woven City using a robotic automated delivery platform.
Clarify product requirements to improve services.
Work with the international technical development team to implement improved products into on-site operations.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and group company stakeholders involved in Woven City's operations.
Manage and train on-site operators.

Requirements

5+ years of practical experience in the design, launch, maintenance, and improvement of hardware-related service operations.
Ability to formulate hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative information to document product requirements for operational improvements.
Technical knowledge and communication skills to clearly communicate problems and requirements to engineers.
Ability to balance, plan, and coordinate between development and operations.
Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.
