Responsibilities
- Advise Developer, Investor & Major landlord clients on acquisitions and sales, leasing, finance, and ongoing asset management.
- Lead P&D matters.
- Manage end-to-end real estate transactions.
- Structure development projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years' PAE in property law.
- Experience across property development and commercial transactions.
- Strong drafting ability.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Clear, confident communication.
- Commercial acumen and sound critical thinking.
- A leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring junior team members.
