About the Role
Partner with senior business leaders to drive commercial outcomes, shape strategic decisions, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across the Customer portfolio. This role acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and provides critical financial leadership that supports sustainable growth and long-term business performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive positive commercial outcomes and tailored reporting.
- Partner with the Customer business unit to provide effective planning, analysis and advice.
- Influence key business decisions.
- Lead complex financial analysis.
- Identify and realise significant value creation opportunities.
- Provide commercial insight, challenge, and support to optimise performance and deliver transformational outcomes.
Requirements
- Significant experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or strategic finance leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives within complex organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business outcomes.
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
