About the Role

Partner with senior business leaders to drive commercial outcomes, shape strategic decisions, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across the Customer portfolio. This role acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and provides critical financial leadership that supports sustainable growth and long-term business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive positive commercial outcomes and tailored reporting.
  • Partner with the Customer business unit to provide effective planning, analysis and advice.
  • Influence key business decisions.
  • Lead complex financial analysis.
  • Identify and realise significant value creation opportunities.
  • Provide commercial insight, challenge, and support to optimise performance and deliver transformational outcomes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or strategic finance leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives within complex organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business outcomes.
  • Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
