About the Role
As Growth Product Manager, you'll own a stream's full business outcome, focusing on building the right product, shipping it ahead of schedule, and ensuring it's adopted and loved by clinicians. You are accountable for the business outcome, not just the roadmap. You have prior experience owning funnel conversion and activation targets, and you prioritize actions that drive adoption. You can communicate effectively with clinicians, engineers, and commercial teams, and you proactively identify product improvements. You operate with high agency and prefer shipping imperfect products to learn quickly over extensive discovery.
Responsibilities
- Own your stream's North Star metric end to end, including product decisions, design, launch, and adoption.
- Drive adoption and retention of shipped products, ensuring they meet the GA unlock threshold.
- Run growth-led discovery to identify and validate key levers for moving your metrics.
- Translate strategy into daily team activities, ensuring priorities align with owned business outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and design to shape solutions and earn credibility in decision-making.
- Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate the product development cycle from insight to launch.
- Honestly pressure-test your own ideas and pivot quickly when something isn't working.
Requirements
- A track record of owning product outcomes with clear growth targets, including experience with funnel conversion and activation.
- Genuine operator instincts with P&L-level or growth-level accountability.
- Ability to communicate effectively across clinical realities, engineering trade-offs, and commercial forecasts.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to defend product and UX decisions.
- A bias for shipping and learning quickly, balanced with care for users and patients.
- Familiarity with clinical or healthcare workflows.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools for commercial or user outcomes.
- Experience growing a product across multiple markets or geographies.
- Background in a regulated or high-trust industry where speed and rigor are essential.
- Experience in a high-growth, founder-led startup with evolving processes.
