- Ensure legislative, audit, and contract compliance
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
- Build therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
Requirements
- Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- Leadership experience in Foster Care or OOHC
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic frameworks
- Budget management and financial oversight skills
- Current driver licence and probity checks
