About the Role

Responsibilities

• Teach students to become real-world-ready practitioners.
• Ignite intellectual curiosity through independent teaching in tutorials, workshops, placement units, and clinical sessions.
• Explore innovative teaching methodologies in developing and reviewing units and course materials.
• Participate in scholarly research projects.

• Actively participate in discipline meetings.

Requirements

• A strong educational background, preferably with postgraduate qualifications in Early Childhood.
• A deep understanding of effective educational practices, ideally with experience in both teaching and working within a tertiary education institution.
• A proven track record of substantial industry practice in early childhood.
• Evidence of collaborative partnerships that have created sustainable placement opportunities.
• Demonstrated passion for nurturing and empowering the next generation of educators.
• A dedicated and proactive approach to advancing your academic career in the field of education.
