Responsibilities
- Teach students to become real-world-ready practitioners.
- Ignite intellectual curiosity through independent teaching in tutorials, workshops, placement units, and clinical sessions.
- Explore innovative teaching methodologies in developing and reviewing units and course materials.
- Participate in scholarly research projects.
- Cultivate a growth mindset by reflecting on teaching practice and utilising feedback.
- Participate in formal professional development activities.
- Actively participate in discipline meetings.
Requirements
- A strong educational background, preferably with postgraduate qualifications in Early Childhood.
- A deep understanding of effective educational practices, ideally with experience in both teaching and working within a tertiary education institution.
- A proven track record of substantial industry practice in early childhood.
- Evidence of collaborative partnerships that have created sustainable placement opportunities.
- Demonstrated passion for nurturing and empowering the next generation of educators.
- A dedicated and proactive approach to advancing your academic career in the field of education.
