About the Role
Serves as a Business Partner for ASP people leaders across designated regions, focusing on employee engagement, inclusion, diversity, equity, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and building manager capability in talent management.
Responsibilities
- Coach and partner with people leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive employee engagement.
- Analyze engagement data and trends to suggest and implement initiatives for enhancing employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across HR processes and policies.
- Partner with business leaders and COE to deploy tools and approaches for driving an inclusive growth culture.
- Provide consultation to people leaders regarding goal setting and the full lifecycle of performance management.
- Consult with people leaders on performance improvement plans.
- Guide and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coach people leaders through employee relations matters.
- Provide input on workplace investigations and countermeasure implementation.
- Utilize workforce planning methodologies to anticipate talent needs and align with organizational objectives.
- Coach leaders through workforce actions, including ramp-up, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
- Equip managers with skills and tools to select, develop, and retain talent.
- Coach leaders on development solutions for key talent and talent planning.
- Coach people leaders on talent selection decisions in partnership with the TA organization.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance manager capability in talent management practices.
Requirements

- Trusted resource to people leader and HR colleagues and works well across the organization with cross-functional colleagues to deliver solutions.
- Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with leaders to adopt a different point of view.
- Leverages data to make decisions.
- Takes a hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated achievement for impact in coaching, influencing and problem solving with various levels of leadership.
- In depth knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, change management, learning and performance management.
- Understands the drivers of business.
- Proven project management and execution skills, with a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
- Experience working in team environment with multiple time zones.
- Willingness to travel 25% depending on actual requirements.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM System is highly preferred.
