About the Role

Shape the future of eCommerce payments for businesses across Australia by driving key components of our eCommerce product portfolio, including online acceptance, payment gateways, orchestration capabilities, and digital payment experiences. This collaborative role involves working across various teams and external partners to bring new products and enhancements to market, utilizing customer insights and market trends to solve problems and improve the merchant experience. You will also explore emerging opportunities in eCommerce, such as AI-enabled customer journeys and next-generation payment experiences, from defining roadmaps to delivery and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Driving key components of our eCommerce product portfolio
  • Defining product roadmaps and prioritizing investments
  • Delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization of payment solutions
  • Exploring and shaping emerging opportunities in eCommerce
  • Defining agent-ready commerce requirements

Requirements

  • Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear business values, customer experience and product strategies
  • Strong product management experience within eCommerce or payment gateways
  • Exposure to Agentic AI or development of AI assisted workflows
  • Understanding of emerging eCommerce trends, including AI-enabled customer journeys, digital wallets and payment technologies
  • Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and improve customer experiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, technology, risk and operational teams
  • Knowledge of agentic AI commerce, including how AI agents may influence product discovery, comparison, decisioning, checkout, fulfilment and post-purchase servicing
  • Ability to define agent-ready commerce requirements, including structured product and merchant data, API-based journeys, conversational interfaces, human-in-the-loop controls, consent, identity, security and payment risk considerations
