About the Role
Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group LLP, a leading personal injury litigation firm in New York City, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding team. You will be an integral part of a litigation team, reporting to a senior attorney.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Review case files for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients.
- Record and store client information in the case management system.
- Assist in preparing case files for settlement and trial.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a New York personal injury litigation firm.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be deadline and detail-oriented.
Skills
- Spanish language proficiency (speaking and reading) is a significant advantage.
