About the Role
TRG Management, a premier property management company, is seeking a professional to ensure the achievement of community leasing and occupancy goals. This role involves representing the TRG brand, planning resident events, managing resident communication, and monitoring key performance indicators to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Ensures achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
- Represents the TRG brand by embodying its mission, vision, and values, and infusing them into resident programs and relations.
- Goes beyond expectations to make living at the community relaxed, easy, and unlike any other apartment experience.
- Plans resident events, activities, and loyalty programs to add value to the community and drive incremental revenue.
- Manages resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information.
- Keeps a pulse on resident satisfaction levels to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Updates and monitors key performance indicators measuring traffic activity, closing ratios, application and leasing signing, resident satisfaction, move-ins/move-outs, and renewal rates, along with other key community metrics.
- Researches and helps establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle — from application process to lease signing to renewal.
- Maintains a database of proven best practices for resident experience programs.
- Guides the team in creating meaningful resident experience programs by developing tactical plans and evaluating community performance.
- Inspires community colleagues to continually strengthen resident event strategies.
- Partners with teams from other communities to deepen the company’s relationship with residents and achieve resident retention goals.
- Serves as a go-to resource for residents and community teams.
Requirements
- Experienced with all types of housing, including garden, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family.
- Manages approximately 20,000 units across several states.
- Current management portfolio contains over 100 properties.
