About the Role

TRG Management, a premier property management company, is seeking a Property Manager for West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves overseeing property operations, financial management, and tenant relations for various housing types.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements and collects rents and impounds.
• Directs bookkeeping functions, including crediting receipts and debiting disbursements.
• Arranges for property alterations, maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning as specified in agreements and within the Annual Operating Budget.
• Employs or contracts personnel for security, maintenance, groundskeeping, and onsite management as required by the Annual Operating Budget.
• Purchases supplies and equipment for leased properties in accordance with the Annual Operating Budget.
• Directs and reports on property status, including occupancy rates and lease expiration dates.
• Provides support and assistance to clients regarding property financing, purchasing, or selling.
• Prepares periodic inventory of building contents and property condition for owner review.
• Contracts utility companies to arrange service transfers for tenants.
• Assists with tenant evictions in compliance with court orders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school, OR six months to one-year related experience and/or training, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
