About the Role
The Human Resources Market Director serves as a strategic partner for assigned Shriners Children’s facilities, driving the implementation of system-wide policies and procedures. This senior-level HR specialist and consultant role aims to foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture focused on empowerment, quality, and development of a superior workforce.
Responsibilities
- Leverages HR knowledge to improve organizational, leadership, and workforce performance.
- Advises, coaches, or leads in key HR areas, utilizing Corporate HR resources.
- Acts as a business strategist by understanding healthcare functions to identify opportunities.
- Facilitates and guides change through formalized change management processes.
- Communicates HR policies and procedures through written and verbal means.
- Ensures compliance with human capital regulatory requirements, including ADA and Section 504.
- Ensures fair and equal treatment of employees across the region.
- Partners with Corporate HR, Compliance, and Employee Relations to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manages market HR staff effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years Human Resources Experience
- 5+ years Human Resources Management/Supervisory experience

- Western Region (California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah)
