About the Role
Occam Industries applies AI to Ukraine's drone fleet, flying on live combat missions. We are partnered with some of the major OEMs and brigades in Ukraine, and our AI is also deployed on EU platforms. We were built on a simple premise: deterrence is proven in the field, not built in a laboratory. We've been called a privatised combat engineering corps for Europe. This is a good fit if you're motivated by consequence over comfort — work that's used, not just shipped; feedback from the frontline, not a product roadmap. It's a poor fit if you need a fully scoped role, a slow onboarding, or distance between your work and its outcome. Most of what we do sits close to the physical world: hardware, flight, combat conditions, and the teams operating in them. If you're strong in software, hardware, or hands-on engineering and you're drawn to that reality rather than intimidated by it, tell us why.
