We are seeking a passionate individual to join our established travel agency. This role involves consulting and selling travel, with a clear path to eventually manage the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and digital consultation, planning, and booking of various travel types, from package tours to cruises, flights, and individual dream vacations.
• Serve a diverse, long-standing, and discerning clientele nationwide.
• Acquire new customers and foster long-term client relationships.
• Utilize social media to share travel dreams and experiences with potential clients.
• Progressively assume responsibility with the goal of managing the travel agency in the medium term.

Requirements

• A desire to explore the world and share this passion professionally.
• Experience in tourism and sales is advantageous; you excel in consultation and closing deals.
• Career changers, those returning to the workforce, or individuals from different industries with high motivation and a willingness to learn are explicitly welcome.
• Team spirit, structured approach, sociability, communication skills, enthusiasm, and empathy.
