About the Role

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you are a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for supporting the team in driving the company's mission statement and achieving store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer.
• Support the Store Manager and Co-Manager in finding the right talent and making networking connections to ensure a wide talent pool.
• Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience that supports the store’s retention goals.
• Organize and plan in detail to get the job done and own the sales floor to execute daily operations.
• Supervise and conduct training with the team, leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Follow all Windsor policy and procedures with integrity.
• Support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive and maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store.
• Live and promote Windsor values, fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail Assistant Manager experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 10-20 team members.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues as they arise with customers and team members.
• Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one.
• Willingness to welcome feedback and improve.
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store.
• Ability to count, communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to access all areas of the store, operate store equipment, climb ladders, and move/handle merchandise up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
