Full Finish Painting Corp is seeking a driven and experienced Field Operations Manager to lead crews and ensure smooth project execution in the Farmingdale, NY area. This hands-on leadership role is crucial for daily field operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple active painting job sites.
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate painting crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and company management.
- Manage material ordering, equipment, and supply logistics to keep projects on schedule.
- Resolve on-site issues, crew conflicts, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client specifications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in painting, construction, or a related field operations role.
- Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of interior/exterior painting techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills across multiple job sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to read and interpret project scopes, schedules, and work orders.
- OSHA Certification necessary (SST preferred).
